Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Nuvé boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
